Overview

Role Purpose:

  • The role is a customer service role at Cropnuts Zambia office to support on all queries, sample logistics, support escalations and clarifications to drive client relationship strategy that consistently delivers a superior customer experience, engenders emotional warmth, builds loyalty and creates value.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Offer clients and colleagues support on a strong technical agronomic background
  • Support and guide clients in choosing appropriate Cropnuts laboratory tests or other services
  • Working closely with Zambia business development team to ensure smooth management of support and sample logistics
  • Assisting clients to interpret results and understand recommendations
  • Client ticket management on Helpscout Helpdesk software
  • Handling communication with clients by working closely working with the Kenya lab management and technical advisory teams

Front Office Services

  • Official Handling of guests and providing them with superb customer service.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming communications.
