RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – AGRIBUSINESS (1)

Reporting to the Head – Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the job holder will

• provide products and expertise to farmers to help them achieve their objectives, stay on top of challenges, and seize opportunities, and
• build and foster strong relationships with new and existing agribusiness customers to provide quality banking services to help grow customer’s agricultural businesses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent
• Degree in Economics or Agricultural Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA ZICA or a degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an Agribusiness environment
• Two (2) to Three (3) years general banking experience
• Marketing certification is an added advantage

a) Good experience as a banking/customer relationship manager with a background in business development prospecting and sales

b) Experience in either a banking environment and/or agricultural or agribusiness industry

c) Strong sales drive and internal motivation to achieve exceptional sales results

d) High level of tact, diplomacy, and common sense

e) Approachable, good listener, patient with all clients

f) Principled and well cultured
