Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia requires the services of a Fleet Team Leader reporting to Fleet & CDE Manager. To supervise Fleet maintenance teams in order to ensure fleet are maintained in good serviceable condition And that customer service and fleet availability is maintained to the highest standard The role will manage the day to day activities of the Fleet team and lead them in such a way as to ensure that the Fleet goals and objectives are understood and achieved through competent staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage execution of the Maintenance and Repairs
Plan for regular maintenance of all Fleet vehicles to ensure a high reliable
Fleet is maintained as per schedule
Ensure good house keeping
Adhere to necessary legal requirements
SHEQ
Vehicle inspection/Certificate of Road worthiness
Ensure KPI’s are met
Manage the master data on Microsoft Dynamic
Manage “Team attendance” timesheets
Monitor expenses/Budget
Spare parts management
Management leave schedule
Manage training needs
Manage team: communicate mission, vision & goals to all members
Ensure team KPIs are measured regularly
Ensure good employee relations
Lead & implement supply chain ways (Level 1 & 2 meetings toolbox discussions)
Skills, Experience & Education
Grade 12 O Level with 6 credits or better
Minimum qualification: Diploma in mechanical Engineering or applicable qualification is added advantage
At least 5 years’ as Fleet Mechanic 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in an FMCG environment
