of the shipment; - Preparing files for invoicing;
- Reconciliation of files, ensuring that creditors invoices are processed correctly;
- Calculating currency fluctuation for recovery of currency shortfall prior to delivery of shipment;
- Monitoring the shipments, identifying potential problems and timeously, bring such information to
the attention of the customer, manager and or partner where necessary; - Proving regular updates to all parties involved;
- Performing general administration duties, which will include filing and any other administrative
duties as directed by your Manager.
