1. Technology Centric – able to understand terminology like servers, virtualization, storage, switching etc
2. Must have atleast 3 years of continuous experience in sales
3. Must be result oriented and target driven
4. Must have good attention to detail, good documentation skills and be extremely punctual and reliable
