MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT-3 YEARS CONTRACT
Location: Luanshya
Overall purpose of the job
To facilitate and undertake maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and plant installations in order to prolong their lifespan and ensure availability
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules in order to guide the operations of the Unit
- Identifying and resolving equipment faults in order to ensure their availability
- Designing of installations, maintaining and repairing plant and electro mechanical equipment in order to ensure smooth operations and prolonging lifespan of the equipment.
- Updating of documentation and technical specification in order to facilitate maintenance works.
- Collecting equipment operational data in order to monitor performance and inform decision making
- Supervision of the mechanical maintenance workshop in order to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications and experience
- Fullform V/Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years relevant experience
