Should be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management with a valid practicing certificate. Cost Containment – Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs. Deliver against operational and cost targets Relationship Management – Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Customer Service Culture – Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Transformation – Ensure implementation of the business Transformation plan in managed team and creation of an inclusive culture for employees Practice Management – Coach leaders and employees on the interpretation and application of sound Human Capital policies, processes and practices and provide balanced guidance Subject Matter Expertise – Build a credible Human Capital brand based on value add and positive contribution to business problems identified
