Essential Educational Requirements

Minimum requirement: 1st degree in Education;
Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia with a TCZ Practicing Certificate;
Experience of using an effective performance appraisal system,
Ability to calmly manage complaints, conflicts and divisions, sensitively and constructively in order to achieve restoration
Experience

At least five years successful teaching and leadership experience in a Primary School;
Significant successful experience as a senior leader within a school
