We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with passion in sales and marketing to join our team as a Shop and online Sales assistant
Responsibility
- Assist customers with questions and concerns on the furniture.
- Submit customers customized furniture designs to the workshop.
- Facilitate communication between the customer and staff at the workshop
- Use professional communication skills to develop long term relationships with repeat customers
- Provide customer support both at the shop and online
- Advertise the furniture on online media platforms
- Manage all shop administration works.
- Meet monthly sales targets that are set.
Qualification & Requirements
- Certificate in Sales or any related program
- Experience furniture sales will be added advantage
- Good listening and communication skills
- Social media fanatic
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good with MS word and Excel
- Preferably living around Kamwala south area.
