Responsibilities.
The position holder is expected to perform the below duties
Make diferent types of sausages to the expected standard.
Aval formulars of making sausges
Order for ingredients to make sausages
Smoke meat products
Update the prodction book after every production
Update the receiveing book with recurring balances after every cut.
Keep the production room tidy and spotles
Acoount for all the products in the butchery
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate
Equvalent college certificate
2 years work experience
Two recent and tracable references from previous employers
Recent medical certificate
