Jahmekya Meat Products is a newly opened butchery, situated at Moyo farms Complex in Kabwe along great North road .The Butchery is looking to employ a production operative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making different types of butchery products daily i,e sausages, salami, Poloni and smoked products according to Company formular.
- Make a production plan for the next day.
- Identify and make all different cuts of meats
- Update the production book following the given procedure.
- Weigh and record every product or item that goes to the butchery.
- Clean the production room and the equipment after use.
- Making daily production reports.
- Update the inventory book on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS
- should have a grade 12 certificate
- relevant professional qualification from a recognized institution of learning
- 2 traceable references from previous employers
- police clearance
- medical report of not more than 3 months
- must be able to keep good records
- must be a team player
- must have good customer service skills
- must be punctual
- must be clean
