The Admin and Marketing Assistant will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with enquiries about our services and products and provide support to the marketing team.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running the office
- Maintain cleanliness of the office space
- Participate in product and service Marketing and Sales when assigned Maintain good customer relations
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Maintain records for clients’ preferences and specifications for use in recurrent orders
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
- Actively take on additional responsibilities as and when required
Qualification and Skills
- Undergraduate degree in any field. No experience required.
- Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
- Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Team player — Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
