Salesperson Simba Holdings Limited

The position will be based on the Copperbelt and the successful candidate will be responsible for;
1. Marketing and selling of company products
2. Generating Sales leads,
3. Meeting sales targets and setting up sales depots in the region.
4. Working with other assigned sales depot staff members ensuring to maintain an advanced product knowledge for assigned sales team across entire portfolio.
4. Ensuring correct information is passed on to customers,
5. Fostering trust relationship with existing and potential customers through action and proactive support.
5. Provide training and technical specific support to customers as well as manage customer’s complaints including promotion of the Simba Power Brand.
6. Ensuring success of customer’s value proposition through immense understanding of their needs to achieve maximum sales budget and profitability.
7. Conducting all duties with due diligence and at the highest levels of integrity,
8. Effectively supervising and managing assigned sales team within assigned sales territory.

Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing and Sales/Business Management or related field.
At least 3-5 years working experience in the Milling industry.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Must have positive momentum, oriented and creative, possessing thorough knowledge of sales processes including provision of innovative ideas for business growth.
A clean and valid driver’s license.
