Assistance Academic Coordinator ICOF Colleges Seminary and Universities

Job Description

The Assistance Academic Coordinator will manage the academic studies of students and provide 24/7 student support. He/She will need to understand admissions, academic verifications process and undertake various administrative tasks to ensure that everything is organized and documented. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented in students’ academic support and admission with excellent people skills in Higher education.

He/She may need to manage student demand, maintain relationships with third-party partners, and work with government or local compliance officers, Colleges and Universities working with ICOF-CSU

Responsibilities:

Preparing academic activity reports, academic statements, and forecasts. –providing financial reminders to students.
Developing academic reporting systems.
Finding ways to reduce Manuel admission and promote online admission system.
Preparing monthly academic reports from all Provincial Campuses.

Requirements:

Holder of  Diploma or Degree in Educational Management
3+ years’ proven work experience in a similar position and management experience
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the academic process, and systems optimization.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of Students and management in multiple areas.
Strong knowledge of E-learning.
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
Better knowledge in educational administration.
Should be 35 and above.
Strong Christian with a recommendation from the Church
