Job Description
The Front Office Assistance Academic Coordinator will attend inquiries on programs ICOF offer, make appointments, attend to visitors, reply and send emails and manage front office communications. He/She will need to understand ICOF-CSU academic programs, admission process and undertake various administrative tasks to ensure that everything is organized and documented. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented in administration of academic institution with excellent skills in Higher education.
He/She may need to manage administration demand, maintain relationships with third-party partners, and work with government or local compliance officers, Colleges and Universities working with ICOF-CSU
Responsibilities:
Preparing and write academic activity reports, academic statements.
Computer knowledge and be able to type and enter data on student management system.
Able perform administrative functions.
Attend to student enquiries from all Campuses in Africa.
Requirements:
Holder of Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Management or ICT
3+ years’ proven work experience in a similar position and management experience
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the academic process, and systems optimization.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of Students and management in multiple areas.
Strong knowledge of E-learning.
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
Better knowledge in educational administration.
Should be 25 and above.
Strong Christian with recommendation from the Church
Additional Requirements:
A valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel out of duty station and to Provincial offices.
