Chief Executive Officer Infratel

Will be Responsible for: Overseeing the operations of the company and provide strategic direction to achieve business growth.

The role of Chief Executive Officer is a strategic one that requires business acumen and a deep understanding of the Information and Communications Technology Industry, Wireless Infrastructure market, the competitive market trends, and an ability to analyse the overall business performance. The Chief Executive Officer role is an integral part of the business because it provides strategic direction of the business.

 

 

Core functions/Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all business functions to enhance continuous service delivery
  • Improve financial performance of the company
  • Improve Market share for the Tower Services and Data Centre Services.
  • Establish a Wider portfolio of services and satisfied customer base
  • Implement deliberate interventions to ensure that existing customers are happy and customer retention is high
  • Business process automation for improved efficiency
  • Drive innovation for the business both internally and externally to improve operational efficiency
  • Enhance compliance to legal and policy frameworks and Shareholder Directives
  • Develop and drive a high-performance culture across the business
  • Ensure prudent use of all company resources by minimising wastage
  • Create an enabling environment for staff which promotes high performance, enhanced staff engagement thereby reducing staff attrition
  • Develop and implement business turn-around strategy to foster sustained growth and better performance
  • Drive partnerships for business growth

Experience: At least 10 years’ experience with a minimum of five years in the Information and Communications Technology Industry at Senior management level. Three or more years’ senior managerial experience in Telecoms Sector would be an added advantage.

· Skillset: Leadership & People Management, Business Operations & Strategy, Coaching & Counselling, Team Building, Good negotiation skills, Solid analytical and decision making, Excellent verbal and written communication, Digital Transformation.
