DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all daily operations that take place in the companyv Responsible for planning operations and implementation
- Coordinate with other departments
- Check and monitor documents used in sales and agency
- Solve and manage daily issues that arises during the day
- Help management with departmental information when making future company plans
- Ensure that control measures set by the company are maintained
- Keeping employees motivated and offer appropriate training
- Investigating customer satisfaction and report any issues
- Driving the business to increase profits
- Submit comprehensive monthly reports
- Ensure stock is available in sales and agency departments
- Ensure discipline is maintained in sales and agency department
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
- Must have a certificate / diploma in sales and marketing or any relevant field.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Must be good in written and spoken English
- Proficient in IT
- Having a drivers license will be an added advantage
