QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Membership with Zambia Institute of Chartered Accounting (ZICA) a must
- Computer knowledge and application a must
EXPERIENCE
- No experience required as we are looking for school leavers to gain experience in the field of accounting
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receipting of monies
- Payment of staff and creditors
- Posting of transactions to pastel on a daily basis
- Student debt collection and monitoring of balances on a weekly and monthly basis
- Filing payment vouchers and other related documents
- Any other duties that you may be assigned from time to time
