Fraud Risk Officer AB Bank Zambia Limited

The Risk Department is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Fraud Risk Officer. In this, position you will be directly in charge of detecting, preventing and investigating fraud.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Identify problems by performing relevant research using the appropriate dashboards and established procedures
• Assess internal/external fraud risks, conduct interviews and site-visits, deal with witnesses, and obtain statements from involved customers and employees.
• Conduct controls to ensure compliance to Bank’s policies, guidelines and report any non-compliance materials.

Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, ZICA
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to travel and conducting field work/site visits.
