A reputable Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Company is looking to employ a Marketing and Operations Manager to run its daily business function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale support
Develop long term relationships with new and existing customers
Establish a special clientele with whom pick-ups and delivery of garments will be done
Capacity to cut cost in Acquisition of laundry chemicals and other required items
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS
Proven track record in similar industry
Can work under minimal supervision
Ability to build rapport
Must be an honest person
Must possess a driver’s license
Must possess a certificate/diploma in marketing or any relevant field.
