Job purpose
Responsible for sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities
· Sell products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, recommend new revenue and business opportunities and evaluate customer needs in the fintech space.
· Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
· Prepare reports for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Ensure customer complaints are identified and recorded. Also, acting as the escalation point for complaints
· Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and consistently measure your performance
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
· Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to take initiatives
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
· Demonstrated achievement in B2B or B2C sales
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
