1- Must be a diploma holder in Human Resources.
2-With two years work experience, preferably in the construction Industry.
3-Must be a self starter and must be able to be on-site and provide another strategic service.
4-Must be conversant with Zambian Labour laws.
5-Must have hands-on experience on HR issues and able to use Microsoft packages such as Word,Excel, and Powerpoint.
6-Must be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
