Job description
Zuba Marketing is developing an advertising platform via website and USSD. The company is therefore seeking a self-driven and creative, Sales and Marketing Executive to on-board vendors to the service and provide support in marketing related activities. This is a temporal role which will run for 3 months with a possibility of extension.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and develop sales and marketing strategies
- Attending to client concerns and revert timely feedback
- Creative writing on campaign slogans on the website and social media platform
- Growing social media presence of the company
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Participate in networking events organised by the company
- Creating awareness of the benefits of the platform to both subscribers and vendors
- Recruitment of vendors to advertise on the website and USSD platforms
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales summary reports
- Maintaining and retaining customers (vendors)
- Copy writing and editing of adverts before posting
- Not limited to the above
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good verbal & interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in English & 1 or 2 local languages
- Minimum Diploma
- Proficiency in online and digital marketing via social media, bulk messaging and website
- Passionate about sales
- Understanding current trends and market demands on everyday products and services
- Ability to work under pressure
- At least 1-year proven experience in sales, marketing or business development
Location: Lusaka (Must be a resident of Lusaka)
