Qualifications
Minimum – Full Diploma IT / Accounting or equivalent
Proficiency in computer data capture
Job Responsibilities
- Monthly upload credit mealie meal sales for recovery from various mines’ payrolls
- Submit payroll recoveries to various mines according to advised format and within time
- Maintain records of submissions and source documents for reference
- Advise Management of all excess issues and anomalies
- Expedite resolution of customer queries and complaints arising from payroll recoveries
- Achieve agreed upon targets and customer outcomes
- Provide adhoc reports, weekly and monthly
- Coordinate and liaise with Mealie Meal issuers to achieve set goals
- Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor
