OVERVIEW
The documentation specialist’s twofold role and the collaborative nature of their working relationship means:
First, a documentation specialist must be available to second the relationship management/credit team, in all Inde Credit offices, in whatever they need, working together as one team
They should anticipate their needs and should always be organized.
They must be proactive in their approach and be able to offer support to help them collect loans thus helping them develop business.
This also means them having a sound knowledge of laws and policies, and verifying disbursement documents to ensure their accuracy, as well as updating the action list and snapshot.
Second, a documentation specialist must be the face of IndeCredit, greeting whoever walks through the door with a smile and welcoming attitude, ensuring guests are sought after:
They must be well organized and keep a clean workstation at all times.
They must also ensure office supplies are stocked at all times, and ordered when need be.

Qualifications:

  • Working experience in a related field
  • A degree in a related field
