Human Resource Officer – Training and Recruitment

1- Must be a diploma/degree holder in Human Resources.
2-With two years’ work experience, preferably in the construction Company.
3-Must be a self-starter and must be able to be on-site and provide another strategic service.
4-Must be conversant with Zambian Labour laws.
5-Must have hands-on experience on HR issues and able to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and belina payroll.
6-Must be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
7- Must be a Female Candidate
8-Must be work at the construction site
