Overview / Job Description
The Njuka Gaming Company located in Lusaka is the creator and developer of Njuka the mobile game. The company is looking for a sales agent to help promote the game to new users primarily through activations. The role can either be done physically, though in person sales, or electronically using online tools.
Salaries for the role may consist of fixed base pay and a commission per qualified sale. Candidates who excel as sales agents may be elevated to a Team Lead where they take responsibility for overseeing a team of sales agents. The role is remote, but candidates must live and reside in a major Zambian City or Town.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Educate consumers about the product (through brand activations)
- Qualify leads from activation campaigns and other sources as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report weekly sales activity metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in sales or working on activation campaigns will be a plus.
- Technology Savvy and must own a smart phone, laptop and/or tablet to use for the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to be engaging and energetic
