Job Description

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients by developing sound relationships with these clients leading to strategic sales opportunities which entails a mix of products being supplied.
  • Preparation of Quotations and pricing for various products being supplied on all our product range.
  • File and maintain sales records;
  • Greet persons entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public;
  • Scheduling appointments and Client Visits so as to solicit Business deals;
  • Provide telephonic or internal support for any sales related issues being faced by our customers
  • Receive payment and record receipts for services;
  • Write customer invoices and supplier orders according to company guidelines
