UPDATE INNOVATIONS GROUP LTD of companies provides one stop solution for your trade and industry. The company has expanded into the following segments ICT Supply (Hardware & Software), Printing and Designing, Cleaning Services, Transportation, Vehicle maintenance, Construction and General Supply.

We are searching for a two committed, deadline-driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include the following;

• Develop ideas and strategies on how to promote our brand and services
• Assist in the research and identification of new sales leads
• Contact and follow up with potential new customers through off site meetings and phone.
• Help prepare sales materials, including presentations and proposals.
• Assist in the tracking and analysis of sales data off site.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Generation of lists of prospects, in various areas of expertise and markets; with a view to generate new contacts within relevant industries and research areas that can then be approached via marketing / sales
• Assist in tracking the performance of marketing activities generating reports of relevant metrics and coming up with ideas and suggestions for further activity
• Assist with daily administrative duties.
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
• Contribute to the company profiles, creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Run advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Carry out other duties as per delegation and authority matrix Qualification and Experience

Qualifications

1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Minimum of a Certificate in Marketing
3. A Recent graduate will have an added advantage
