Purpose of Position
Marketing and promotion of company products while ensuring effective budget management in order to achieve set sales target.
Inherent Job Requirement
- Diploma in Agriculture Science
- 2 years experience in agrochemicals, marketing, sales, extension and farmer mobilization
- Valid motor cycle license
- Good knowledge of the area of work (Eastern province)
Critical Performance Areas
- Timely preparation and submission of status reports (sales reports, competitor report etc)
- Identifying and resolving client concerns
- Frequent farm visits
- Conducting on farm trials and demos
- Marketing of ATS Agrochemicals products through various forums
- Sales management and growth
- Sales budget preparation and management
