Salon Manager Natural Kurls

Natural Kurls is a modern and upscale hair salon that specializes in providing premium natural hair care services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and manage our team of stylists.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all salon staff, including receptionists, stylists, and assistants.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.
• Develop and implement salon policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure that the salon is well-stocked and prepared to provide excellent service.
• Manage salon scheduling and book appointments for clients.
• Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they are providing quality service and following salon protocols.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Monitor and manage salon finances, including budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in salon management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of natural hair care and styling techniques is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and salon management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in salon management or business administration is a plus.
