Registration for Suppliers of Goods and Services Zambia Land Alliance

Zambia Land Alliance (ZLA) is a network of non-governmental organizations advocating for fair land policies, laws and administrative systems that take into consideration the interests of the poor and marginalised.

The organisation hereby invites reputable companies to register as suppliers for the following categories:

1. Stationary
2. Non-Perishables (Snacks, bottled mineral water, and soft drinks)
3. Printing and designing of Booklets
4. Computers, Laptops, Printers and toner, including antivirus and service of Computers/laptops/printers
5. Supply and maintenance of Buffalo Bicycles, Motorbikes, Motor vehicles
6. Supply of Smartphones/tablets and Basic small phones
7. Visibility (Branded overall suits, Golf T shirts, Corporate shirts, round neck T-shirts, Pull-up stands, Posters, banners, flyers, backdrops, business cards
8. Carpentry services (Swarm Boxes, Bee Hives)
9. Start-up Bee keeping items
10. Welding services (Metal Saving Boxes)
11. Handwash, masks, sanitizers
12. Point of lay chickens
13. Chemicals/ Foliar Fertilizers/ Vegetable Seeds
14. Accommodation and Conference facilities
15. Simplification, Proofreading and Translation services for English and the 7 official local Languages in Zambia
16. Resource persons (Mapping experts, training Facilitators, Rapporteurs, land specialists).
17. Supply of assorted office furniture

Instructions:

1. Applicants must send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone numbers, valid email address, ZRA registration, valid tax clearance certificate, certificate of registration/incorporation, and all relevant statutory documents for the business.

2. Applicants should state their area of specialization and category they wish to be registered under.

3. All current vendors that are supplying goods/services to Zambia Land Alliance must apply, providing all the above documentation.
