Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Full professional qualification such as CA Zambia/CIMA/ ACCA.
• Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant post qualification experience, working in a busy finance and accounting environment.
• Oversee the operations and development of the organization’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Must be above 35 years and male preferably

Responsibilities

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the organization.
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the organization’s finances.
• Supervise the documentation of the organization’s financial status and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reports to senior management and program staff as required, including expenditures by cost center/project and other financial information, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare financial reports, for review by senior management, to donors in line with donor requirements and templates.
• Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets together with the Finance Officer and Admin Officer.
