We are looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery Biker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages and other goods to various locations in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and other goods to various locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Ensure packages are delivered on time and in good condition
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
- Perform routine maintenance on the delivery bike, including checking tires, brakes, and oil levels
- Report any issues with the delivery bike or packages to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Biker or similar role
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to read and interpret maps and GPS directions
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 Kg
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Own a reliable safety gear
