Waiter/Cashier Habeez Limited

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/Cashier at our  restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a keen eye for detail. As a Waiter/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while also managing cashier duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders from guests, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure accurate order-taking and relay orders to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Set up and clean tables before and after guests’ dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in a satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress and cashier in a restaurant or similar establishment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
