Sales and Marketing Officer Private

Job Profile:

To create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
To identify ways of product improvements to keep abreast with current Market trends and activities.
To identify new products in the market.
To bring on board new Corporate customers in Lusaka and across the country
To establish the new customer base for Paint Products in the Zambian Market.
To adopt new innovations to increase sales.
To spearhead innovative and aggressive ways of increasing sales through constant customer follow ups and debt collection.
To provide sales reports to the Director on a daily basis.
To achieve the Monthly Sales target in all the segments of the Products.
To prepare monthly sales reports
To provide weekly sales updates.

Desired Experience:

Sales and Marketing Experience
Experience in Paint Manufacturing Industry is a must
Good IT and Communication Skills.
Accounting Knowledge
Open to Travel across the country
Result oriented and hard working with ability to work calmly under pressure.
Minimum of 3 years in Paint industry
Must have a valid driving license.

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized University/College
Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing
