In this role you will provide support and manage communication with the Bank’s customers on our various platforms. As such, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and creating a professional and friendly image of the Bank.
Business Officer (15)
The Business Officer is responsible for marketing the Bank’s products and services, building own business portfolio and responsible to monitor and maintain a high-quality portfolio in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Market and sell the Bank’s products and services
- Create and manage own business portfolio
- Client retention and after-sales relations
- Monitor and enforce credit repayments
