Corporate Receptionist AB Bank Zambia

AB Bank Zambia is looking to fill the position of Corporate Receptionist to be based at our Head Office in Lusaka. The Receptionist must at all times represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance while constantly providing excellent customer service to the Bank’s stakeholders.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

  • Receive and assist various stakeholders such as shareholders, board members, suppliers, and regulators
  • Maintain office security by managing the access control system and authorization of temporary passes when required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
  • Ensure the brand image of the Bank is upheld by having a corporate appearance and a welcoming demeanor

Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:

  • Diploma in a Business-related field
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, office equipment and applications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have good interpersonal and organizational skills
