BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are in need of a social media executive. As a social media manager, you’ll manage our online presence by developing and implementing our social media strategy. You’ll lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analyzing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
3. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling
4. Create original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social
5. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns
6. Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
7. Undertake audience research
8. Manage and facilitate social media communities
9. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
10.Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
11. Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Experience as a social media manager or a similar role (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
Experience in creating social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Craft engaging content
