IT APPLICATION SUPPORT – MASTERPORK (1)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Hardware installation, which includes repair/replacement of faulty IT equipment.
• Software installation, which includes installation of Operating Systems, Alien, MS-office and other remote support, tools ( AnyDesk and Team viewer).
• Repairing and maintenance of computer hardware such as Computers, Printers, CCTV devices (Cameras and DVRs), and the point of sales managed by the IT department.
• Training of area managers and butchery managers on the functionalities in alien, a retail application in use in all the butcheries.
• Training of staff on the functionalities of computer systems application
• Weekly stock take and also helps the auditor and area managers when doing cash verification in these shops.

The Required Qualifications are:

• Full grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Computer related field
• Certificate in PC Repair and Maintenance
• More than 3 years’ experience in IT related work
• Strong Computer Repair and Maintenance
