Job Summary:
We’re looking for some Call Center Agents to join our team, to sale aYo Products and services to prospect customers with a positive mind and remain positive and strong. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them when issues arise during a call.
Responsibities:
- Selling aYo Product and Services via the phone
- [Ma1] Follow standard quality guidelines.
- Adhere to coaching and feedback and meet a recommended percentage of 85%.
- Ensure you attend work as per schedule
- Ensure login and Average Handle Time (AHT) every day
- Ensure you sales aYo Insurance product and services and manage to speak to 45 prospects
- Ensure to sign ups 35 customer per day
- Ensure to follow standard quality guidelines, adhere to coaching and feedback and meet 85% set target
- Ensure login of 9hrs and Average Handle Time (AHT) of 480minutes is met everyday
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma in Business studies, Insurance, Telecommunications or equivalent.
- 1 years sales experience in financial services, banking, insurance, Telco industry
- Ability to speak at least 3 local languages
- Computer literate
- Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit in well in a team.
- Sober minded and Trust worthy individual
