Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing and sales officer to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for small businesses.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Manage all aspects of the marketing and sales process, including lead generation, nurturing, and closing
Create and manage marketing materials, such as website content, brochures, and advertising
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure performance and make strategic decisions
Qualifications:
Professional qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a small business environment
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
