1. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase our hospitality business’ customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market,
2. Generating leads and nurturing relationships with high-end restaurants and coffee shops.
3. Relationship management of customers.
4. Participate in the marketing and branding plans of the business.
5. Deploying business analysis and providing management with strategic reports.
6. Presentation of applicable business reports.
7. Identifying emerging markets/competitors and new product needs of customers.
8. Managing the Sales team and ensuring continuous learning and development of required skills.
Required:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism or related field.
2. Minimum of 5years experience preferable in the food/beverage or hospitality industry.
3. Knowledge of Industry trends and local market will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to think outside the box.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office.
