Duties:
1. Inventory management at location
2. Assist in preparation of meal.
3. Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen area.
4. General assistance in the kitchen when required.
Required:
1. Grade 12 or a certificate in culinary arts or hospitality or related field.
2. Minimum of one (1) work experience as a Commis; Cook etc.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of Lusaka environment and market.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Flexible and available to work shifts – public holidays/weekends.
