Armaguard Security Limited a leading Security provider invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced members of the public to fill the vacant position of Front Desk Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties below;
– Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
– Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages and reply to them or redirect them
– Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
– Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
– Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
– Prepare Tender documents and quotations
– Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document – preparation, and filing.
– Assist in coordinating and executing office events, meetings, and conferences
– Maintain and update office directories, staff contact lists, and other relevant databases.
– Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, restock and place orders as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
– Full Grade 12 certificate with five credits or better
– Minimum of a Diploma Business Administration or any related field
– 3 years’ experience in a similar position
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong communication and people skills
– Problem-solving skills
– Customer service orientation
