Responsible for conducting or facilitating technical training courses for internal and external technicians.
The objective is to develop and deliver training programs to ensure skills rising BIA technicians and those of clients.
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Prepare and deliver training programs
Facilitate a collective training session.
Assessing the achievements of trainees.
Evaluate the training action and realize the balance sheet.
Provide training logistics.
Design New training modules
Update and improve existing modules
Implement the guidelines of the forecast training plan
Support for field technicians
Participate on the development plan of the Training Center through marketing actions.
Strategy:
Monitoring of the training center’s development strategy
Provide details on training programs to customers
Makes recommendations based on the training reports

Organize training sessions (followed list of participants, classroom, training materials and pedagogical support etc.)

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trainer for adults

Have a proven multicultural experience

About the Impact & Strategy Manager role We are looking for someone who is passionate about IDinsight’s data-driven approach to creating social impact and wants to lead a team to apply that approach internally to help us achieve our impact goals. The manager will possess exceptional analytical, communication, project management and relationship management skills. The manager will oversee all aspects of our internal learning efforts (with support from the Impact Improvement Director). Responsibilities As a manager, the day-to-day responsibilities may include: Strategy development and execution – Take primary responsibility for determining how the team can most effectively organize and execute to support the success of IDinsight’s 5-year strategy.
