ADMIN ASSISTANT

Bantu Recruitment Agency is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team.

This position requires someone who:

  • is able to work with minimum supervision
  • have at least one year experience in similar position
  • computer literate
  • good organizational skills and time-management abilities
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 2 traceable references

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front office activities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and events.
  • Be able to make travel bookings and hotel accommodation for staff
  • Ensure schedules are organized
  • Follow up on payments and issue receipts
  • Assist with human resources functions
  • Procurement of inventory and office supplies
  • Inventory management
  • Assist in budgeting process
  • Follow up on regulatory obligations i.e ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA

Qualifications

  • G12
  • Diploma in Business Administration
