Learning Ladder Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Teacher for our Kabulonga campus responsible for teaching or 3-4 year old children. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications:
- Full TCZ (Teaching Council of Zambia) practicing certificate.
- Minimum three years of work experience in delivering Montessori and Cambridge curriculum.
- Full Grade 12 certificate.
- A minimum of a diploma in early childhood education from a reputable institution.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Multitasking abilities to manage a diverse classroom environment effectively.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Montessori and Cambridge curriculum-based lessons.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students’ growth.
- Create and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development and school activities.
