Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle office correspondence and manage schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with financial and budgeting tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with finance for payroll administration and compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Degree is an added advantage.
  • 2 years experience in administration.
  • Experience in the Insurance Sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Computer literate.
  • Sober-minded and good office etiquette.
