Role Description

Our Office in Zambia is looking for a Country Managing Director (CMD), the incumbent will be responsible for full accounting function, generate financial report and analysis of the performance, establish framework for financial plan and management to support meet the company strategic objectives.

Work closely with the Group Head of Finance to ensure sound business decisions are made at all times and group objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Professional financial/accounting qualifications e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent, is essential;
  • Atleast 3 years’ working experience in a similar position;
  • Working knowledge of IFRS
  • Working experience with Odoo accounting system (Pastel Evolution is advantageous) ;
  • Knowledge in transfer pricing and intra-group/shared services management
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles; and
  • Caseware working knowledge will be advantageous
